HARGING INTERNAL BATTERY USING INTEGRATED CHARGER
The GYSPACK TRUCK is delivered with an automatic charger, which will charge its internal battery up
to 100%, and maintain the charge without supervision. The Floating System stops / restarts the
charge automatically if needed.
To recharge the GYSPACK TRUCK:
Ensure the GYSPACK TRUCK is vertical/upright whilst charging.
Nb: Failure to do this may result in an acid leak, and the destruction of the internal battery
Switch the voltage selector to the 12V position
Connect the charger to a 230V power supply, and to the machine via the cigarette lighter socket.
The cigarette lighter LED will illuminate when the charger is connected.
The charge is indicated by the red 'charging' LED on the external charger.
The green light indicates that the GYSPACK is charged.
Turn the switch OFF prior handling the device

These high performance batteries require particular care. Follow these instructions To get the
maximum from your machine and ensure the long life of the internal battery.
Charge the GYSPACK TRUCK initially after purchase and then after each use.
Only use the charger supplied with the GYSPACK TRUCK, or one supplied by GYS.
Turn the voltage selection switch to OFF when the Gyspack TRUCK is not in use or on charge.
Never short circuit the clamps when the battery-switch is turned ON.
Never connect the red clamp to the (-) terminal of the vehicle battery and the black clamp on the
ground of the engine. This will result in a short circuit.
Wait 3 minutes between each starting attempt. This allows the batteries' voltage to rise again, and
the internal elements to cool down. If you do not wait and/or if any starting attempt lasts for too
long, you risk losing power and reducing the chances of a successful start on a future attempt.
