Note: If you want to change the target data after the setting process or
completion, press the RESET button directly to clear all settings and then
reset them according to the previous description.
• When the battery symbol lights up on the screen, you need to replace the
battery.
• The monitor switches off automatically if no signal is received after 2
minutes.
• The monitor turns on automatically when button signals are executed.
• If you interrupt the training for 4 seconds, the display stops calculating
and the screen shows "STOP". When you start exercising, the display
automatically starts the calculations and the "STOP" indicator disappears.
