Instructions for the correct use of the appliance:
Never start up the appliance without having previously filled the tub, otherwise
overheating would seriously damage the machine.
•
Do not use more water than the maximum recommended amount.
•
It is recommended to insert the loaded basket in the water slowly so that the water froth
resulting from cooking does not boil over the upper part of the tub.
It is essential that the chimney does not get blocked, even partially, for the correct
operation of the burners.
The steps required to optimise the operation of your pasta cooker are shown below, with all the
available options.

Description of the controls

Burner ignition
•
Pilot ignition:
o
Turn control M anticlockwise to the position Pilot
o
Next press the spark generation button. The pilot will light automatically.
o
If the pilot does not light automatically, it is possible to light it manually through the
ignition pipe, located next to the burner.
•
Burner ignition:
o
To ignite the burners, press the control and rotate anticlockwise to the required position.

Turing the burners off
•
Turn the M control to the position Pilot

Turn the M valve control to the Off position .

Filling the tub
•
The pasta cooker has a filler tap built into the tub, which is controlled by control A.
