Instructions for the correct use of the appliance:
Never start up the appliance without having previously filled the tub, otherwise overheating
would seriously damage the machine.
•
Top up the oil when it drops below the level indicated in the tank.
•
It is recommended to slowly introduce the basket with the load in the oil so that the foam resulting
from frying does not overflow from the upper part of the tank.
•
Do not fill the product baskets directly on the hot oil. Crumbs and small particles will fall through the
mesh basket and remain in the hot oil. This contributes to oil degradation and reduces the overall
quality of the oil.
•
- Reduce the temperature of the oil to an approximate temperature of 120ºC during periods of slow
or spaced activity
•
- Do not season food in the deep fryer. Salt, in particular, causes oil to deteriorate more quickly
•
- Cover fryers after shutdown to reduce oil contact with air and to keep outside particles out of the
oil
It is essential that the chimney does not get blocked, even partially, for the correct operation
of the burners.

designed for, as its operating components may be damage.

•
It if is insufficiently filled the oil may get too hot causing the appliance to
overheat.
•
Too much oil may cause the hot oil to spill out with the subsequent risk
of burns.
Try not to fill it up with oil when the fryer is hot, as it could cause the oil to splash
out.
Avoid putting wet food into the fryer or water in the oil or hot fat, as oil may splash
causing serious burns.
If you are going to use solvents or inflammable clearing products to remove the
possible dirt on the tub, always do so when the fryer is cold, the control buttons
off, and the gas tap closed. Once the products have been used, carefully clean it
the tub with plenty of water.
