4. Assemble the shafthub with bearing
and pulley. Put together clutch cone,
spring and springholder with the screw
(pos 37). Tighten the screw with torque
23±1 Nm.
5. Mount O-ring and mechanical seal.
6. Fasten the cam, but before doing so
apply sealing compound to cam and
screw in order to prevent leakage.

7. Lubricate the impeller with vaseline or
the like and fit it with a rotating move-
ment in the intended direction of
impeller rotation.
8. Fit the gasket or the o-ring before
mounting the endcover.
