Troubleshooting
DISCONNECTED THE APPLIANCE COMPLETELY AND LET COOL PRIOR TO ANY SERVICE.

Problem
1. Fireplace turns off
and will not turn on.
2. Flame is not moving.

Possible Cause
1. Fireplace has overheated so the
safety device has caused thermal
switch to disconnect or home
circuit breaker has opened.

Solution
1. Reset switch by turning the
main power off and waiting to turn
