Patient Positioning

Position supine patients along the centre line of
the mattress by aligning the patient's nose with
the centre of the headboard. Ensure the head
and shoulders are supported preventing neck
rolling and pivoting at the hips.

self-support, and they are in the middle of the
bed.
When using bedside, consider the use of
padding, bumpers, or net infills.
