clock, you need to press and hold this button for 3 seconds, while just press this button once
to enter defrost state.

This function is for cooking and heating food. Press Micro Power button, LCD cycles to
show 100P — 80P — 60P — 40P — 20P.

c. If you turn the food during operation, press the Start button once and the preset cooking
