5.1.m Front / rear brake fluid level
check
- Position the motorcycle so that the
upper part of the brake reservoir is
parallel to the ground.
- The fluid level in the pump tank must
be in the center of the rim (1).
Any lowering of the fluid level can al-
low air to enter the system with con-
sequent lengthening of the stroke of
the lever; if it is necessary to top up,
contact your Italjet dealer.

WARNING
If the brake lever is too "soft",
there is air in the pipe or a
system defect. As it is dan- gerous to ride the motorcycle
in these conditions, have the
braking system checked im-
mediately by your Italjet deal-
er.

ATTENTION
Do not pour brake fluid on
plastic parts and lenses (i.e.
headlights)
WARNING
Do not mix two different
types of fluid. If you choose
to use a different brand of flu-
id, eliminate the existing one.
WARNING
Brake fluid can cause irrita-
tion. Avoid contact with skin
and eyes. In case of contact,
completely clean the affected
area and, if it is the eyes, call
a doctor.
