IMPORTANT
SAFEGUARDS
FOR ALL
ELECTRICAL
APPLIANCES
• Do not let the cord hang over
the edge of a table, counter, or
let touch a hot surface such
as a stove. Do not place on
or near a hot gas or electric
burner or in a heated oven.
• It is recommended to regularly
inspect the appliance and
power cord. Do not use the
appliance if there is damage to
the power cord or plug, or after
the appliance malfunctions or
has been dropped or damaged
in any way. If this occurs,
immediately stop use and call
Breville Consumer Support.
If the above issues persist, stop
use of the juicer and contact
Breville Consumer Support.
BREVILLE ASSIST
Your Breville appliance comes
with a unique Assist
conveniently designed with a
finger hole to ease removal from
the power outlet.
This appliance has a polarized
plug (one blade is wider than
the other). To reduce the risk of
electric shock, this plug will fit in
a polarized outlet only one way.
If the plug does not fit fully in the
outlet, reverse the plug. If it still
does not fit, contact a qualified
electrician. Do not modify the
plug in any way.
SHORT CORD
INSTRUCTIONS
Your Breville appliance is fitted
with a short power supply cord
to reduce personal injury or
property damage resulting from
pulling, tripping or becoming
entangled with a longer cord. If
an extension cord is used, (1) the
marked electrical rating of the
cord set or extension cord should
be at least as great as the electrical
rating of the appliance, (2) the
cord should be arranged so that it
will not drape over the countertop
or table-top where it can be
pulled on by children or tripped
over unintentionally and (3) the
extension cord must include a
3-prong grounding plug.
