1. CHARACTERISTICS
CX series of horizontal single-stage centrifugal pumps in stainless steel. Axial suction and radial im-
peller. Design that allows the motor and impeller to be easily separated without separating the pump
casing from the piping.
•
Maximum working pressure: 1.0MPa (10 bar) .
•
Wetted parts made of INOX 304.
•
Mechanical seal in graphite/ceramic/NBR (not suitable for liquids with solid particles).
•
CX pump connected to a long shaft motor, totally enclosed and fan cooled.
•
The CX pump is manufactured using advanced techniques such as cold-pressed steel, hydrofor-
ming, welding, etc.
It is a centrifugal pump with an innovative structure that improves the corrosion resistance of traditio-
nal pumps. It has the following characteristics:

Adoption of new manufacturing techniques such as cold steel pressing, hydroforming, welding,
etc.
•
Volute designed to achieve greater flow efficiency.
•
Wetted parts manufactured in INOX 304.
•
Square motor design.
•
Portable, durable structure, suitable for slightly corrosive liquids.
•
Leak-proof mechanical seal.
•
DIN standard flange connection.
2. APPLICATIONS
The CX pump is a multifunctional product with a wide range of applications. It can be used for transfe-
rring different fluids including water and industrial liquids with different flow rates and pressures.
•
Water supply: water conveyance and pipeline pressurisation
•
Industrial pressurisation: process water systems, cleaning systems, fermentation, and food
systems.
•
Industrial liquid transfer: boiler feed, refrigeration and air-conditioning systems, condensing sys-
tems, weak acids and weak alkalis
•
Water treatments: water transfer, swimming pool systems
•
Crop irrigation, medical and sanitation, petrochemical, fish farming, etc.
