consumer until the repair is finished. In case the good is broken
down within the warranty period, the period in repair shall be
added to warranty period.
In case you choose the rights of cancellation of the contract or
discount in the sales price in proportion to the defect, all paid
amount or the discounted amount in the sales price shall be
refunded to you immediately.
All costs generated from the use of optional rights shall be fulfilled
by the party performing such rights of the consumer. You may also
request for the compensation in accordance with the provisions
of the Turkish Code of Obligations dated January 11, 2011 and
numbered 6098 together with one of these optional rights.
The faults arising from the improper use of the goods against the
facts indicated in guidelines for use are out of the warranty scope.
You may apply to Consumer Board or Consumer Court where
your residential place is located or the where the purchase trans-
action has been performed for the disagreements arising from
your warranty rights.
