special, punitive or consequential damages. TAG Heuer disclaims
any future claim contained in the documentation or any adver-
tising material of software application provided to you by third
parties promoting such software application as a medical device.
- Israel
These specific additional terms applicable to the State of Israel
(the "Israeli Specific Terms") shall supplement the provisions of
the Guarantee and be incorporated in the same to constitute an
integral part thereof. The purpose of these Israeli Specific Terms is
to meet the requirements of the Consumer Protection Law, 1981
and the Consumer Protection Regulations (Warranty and Service
After Sale), 2006, which cannot be excluded.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Guarantee:
1. This Guarantee is provided by Padani Jewellers Ltd on behalf
of TAG Heuer, branch of LVMH Swiss Manufactures SA.
2. The Guarantee shall commence from the date of receiving the
purchased Product.
3. During the first year of Guarantee:
3.1 Notwithstanding anything stated in the Guarantee, the
Guarantee shall cover any function defect (including dam-
ages to batteries) arising during normal use of the Product
in accordance with its technical specifications, user manuals,
as well as any non-arguable quality defects on the cosmetics
or mechanical functions that are obviously coming from a
component quality problem or watch mis-assembly.
3.2 In order for the Guarantee to be honored, you are only
required to present the duly electronically activated (or
duly signed, if no electronic activation system is available)
International Guarantee Card or a proof of purchase. As the
guarantee is individual to the Product, you will be asked the
serial number of your Product (engraved on the case back)
in order to link it with the Guarantee.
3.3 To the extent that in the course of the repair it was neces-
sary to replace the Product – in whole or in part – then this
replacement shall be free of charge.
3.4 You will receive a written notice regarding repair or replace-
ment that has been done with respect to your Product.
3.5 Repairing a malfunction in the Product shall bring it back
to its condition as it was prior to the occurrence of the mal-
function and if such repair involves the replacement of any
components, such components will be replaced with new
and original components.
3.6 Repair will be performed within ten (10) days from the day
on which the Product was delivered to an official TAG Heuer
Service Center or within 2 weeks from the date on which
the Product was delivered to TAG Heuer authorized retailer.
Saturdays and holidays will not be counted as part of the
periods detailed herein.

6. ADDITIONAL LIMITED GUARANTEE - After the end of the first year of guar-
antee, the Israeli Specific Terms other than Section 3 remain applicable to
your Product (excluding the accessories) for one additional year. For the
avoidance of doubt, the duly electronically activated (or duly signed, if no
electronic activation system is available) International Guarantee Card will
still have to be enclosed with your Product when it is sent for repair.
- Lebanon
This Guarantee is in addition to other rights and remedies available
to you under law, which may not be excluded. Notwithstanding
anything to the contrary in this guarantee, in addition to the
Guarantee, TAG Heuer is liable for the warranty of conformity
and warranty against hidden defects described respectively in
articles 28 and 29 of the Lebanese Consumer Protection Law
("CPL"). Pursuant to article 28 of the CPL, TAG Heuer guarantees
the quality of the products and their conformity to the descrip-
tion that such supplier has announced. According to article 29
of the CPL, TAG Heuer guarantees hidden defects that concretely
damage the products or make such products unsuitable for its
proper use as resulting from their nature or from the provisions
of the contract taking into consideration that this guarantee shall
neither cover faults that slightly damage the products or the use
of such products, nor faults customarily permissible.
- Puerto Rico
In addition to the Guarantee, the seller of the Product is liable for
the warranty against hidden defects described in Article 1363 of
the Puerto Rico Civil Code for a period of six months from your
date of purchase. Pursuant to Article 1363, the seller warrants that
there are no hidden faults or defects in the Product that make
it improper for the uses for which it was intended or seriously
diminish its usefulness.
