 AKBE Uninstall / install disc brush
 AEAA Lay the device on its side for maintenance work
 AKBW Uninstall/ install cleaning head
 AKSA Uninstall / install retainer disc brush
1 Screws
2 Shaft brush motor
 Unscrew the screws.
 Remove brush motor.
Installation information
Apply soluble screw securing adhesive to the screws and
tighten them.
Grease the shaft brush motor with copper grease.
The brush motor must not have external damage, the fer-
rite core must not be broken.
The stainless steel ring must be used for the installation of
the brush motor on the brush head, spring washers must
be used for the screw connection.
Copper grease 6.869-069.0
1 Brush motor
2 Safety ring
3 Fan wheel brush motor
 Remove the safety ring.
 Remove fan wheel brush motor.
 Attach fan wheel brush motor to the new brush motor.
Installation information
 Connect electric socket plug connections of suction tur-
bine and brush motor
 AKMG Uninstall / install brush motor
