• the serial number of the device (required in order to pair the device to the app "Ferroli CRP")

5.11 ALARm DISPLAY
When an alarm occurs, the top bar turns red and the
Alarm symbol appears

From the code it is possible to attribute the cause of the fault to the heat pump (Codes EHxxx), the boiler (Codes
EBxxx), or a fault due to the connection with an RF device. In the latter case, the codes displayed will have the

If the message "COMMUNICATION LOST" appears on the monitor, the error is due to communication
between the Connect CRP and the unit. In this case, check the MODBUS connection.
