POSSIBLE CAUSE
a. No voltage
b. Plug not properly inserted
c. Circuit braker switch intervened
d. Impeller blocked
e. Motor or capacitor damaged
f. The float switch does not allow starting
a. Grid or suction filter obstricted
b. Bottom valve blocked
c. Pump is not primed
d. Water level below minimun suction level
a. Grid or suction filter obstricted
b. Delivery pipe partly obstricted
c. Impeller worn

tree-phase versions)
a. The supply switch is defective
b. The float switch is defective
a. The pump is partly blocked by impurities
that blocked the impeller
b. Temperature or density of liquid to be
pumped too high
c. Motor defective
a. The motori is overheating
b. The pump is mechanically blocked
REMEDY
a.
Check the connection
b. Check for power in mains and insert
correctly the plug
c.
Switch on the magnetothermal
d. Make sure impeller rotates freely
e.
Contact the supplier
f.
Check the liquid level and verify that
the float moves freely. Eventually
contact the supplier to replace it
a. Clean it
b. Clean or replace the valve
c. Prime the pump
d. Regulate the strecht of cable
between the floatant and the cable
block point
a. Clean it
b. Remove the eventually obstructions
c. Contact the supplier to replace it
d. Check the sense of rotation and
eventually invert it.
a.
Replace it
b. Contact the supplier to replace it
a.
Remove the eventually impurities on
hydraulic part
b. Check the condition of the liquid to
be pumped
c.
Contact the supplier to replace it.
d.
a.
Verify the possible reasons that
bring the motor to hight
temperature and remove it
b. Checking for the occurrence of
rubbing between moving and fixed
parts, check the state of mechanical
seal and bearings
