Sending Methods

Load the document on the Platen Glass or in the ADF.

Press [FAX].

Adjust the settings for your document as necessary.

Dial the recipient's number (DESTINATION NUMBER) using the numeric
buttons or coded speed dialing.

Press [Color] for color sending, or [Black] for black & white sending.
Coded Speed Dialing

Press [Coded Dial].

Use the numeric buttons to enter the two-digit code (00-39) assigned to
the number you want to dial, then press [OK].
