IMPORTANT: Make sure the pouches are fully sealed before beginning cooking.
10. The time the appliance is cooking accumulates in the working time counter. The set time is
kept constant to remind you of the time you have programmed. When the working time rea-
ches the programmed value, the device beeps to alert you. At this point, you can press SET so
that the Sous Vide Professional Series continues to cook indefinitely or press ON / OFF to stop
cooking.
IMPORTANT: Make sure the bags are completely sealed once the cooking is finished.
11. Press and hold ON / OFF to turn the unit off. Allow to cool the appliance and the container
with water before cleaning.
NOTE: When the food is cooked using the Sous Vide Professional Series technique, it may
be necessary to brown the meat in particular in a frying pan or grill in order to improve its
appearance and taste. Remove the food from the bag and brown it a little in a frying pan or a
very hot grill. This makes the fat and proteins caramelized and improve the taste.
NOTE: You can change the temperature measurement system from degrees Celsius (° C) to
degrees Farenheit (° F) at any time by holding down the SET and ON / OFF buttons for 2 seconds.
