Electrostatic discharge
Unexpected behavior by the robot.
•
Operation should take place on a conductive base.
•
Avoid static charge buildup by wearing suitable shoes and clothing.
Irreparable damage to the device due to electrostatic discharge
Ground the charging station before opening it up.
Remove the cover. Do not touch any electrical components. Watch out for electrostatic
discharge (ESD).
Irreparable damage to the device due to short-circuit
Device has housing openings for cooling. Make sure that no electrically conductive parts
penetrate, e.g. by cutting off wire ends.
Irreparable damage due to incorrect operating voltage
Pay attention to the voltage ranges of external devices.

Compare the supply voltage with the voltage provided.
•
Pay attention to the current consumption values of the external device
•
Observe the polarity
•
Ensure that the connector cable is routed without crushing, shearing, cutting or
other mechanical hazards.
•
Secure the connector cable adequately
