7. Bicycle handlebar, handlebar pad:
Our bicycle handlebar is a model which is adjustable in height and angle.
First and foremost, take the bicycle handlebar and set up the handlebar bar by unscrewing a litte on the lower
Allen screw, which is responsible for the inclination angle.
When the tilt angle is set, tight the Allen screw.
(Note notch on the handlebar to center).
Take the handlebar pad and push the handlebar through the hole on the handlebar pad.
Remove the black plastic cover of the clamping device (clamping cone) before inserting the handlebar into the
frame!
Now insert the bicycle handlebar and handlebar pad into the frame tube and carefully pull the upper Allen
screw on the handlebar, which is responsible for the height adjustment [Fig. 6].
Torque for Allen screw 8-12nm and for screws 4-6nm.
Please note the impression "Minimum Insert" or the notch on the handlebar stem, which marks the
minimum occupancy depth. The handlebar must not be positioned higher.
With proper installation, the handlebar for the upright-sitting child is easy to reach.
Now connect the handlebar protection using the Velcro.
8. Accessories
Take the bicycle bell and attach them to the handlebar. Take the rear red reflector and attach it to the saddle
tube. Please slide reflector on the saddle post all the way up to be able to adjust the saddle into the smallest
unit.
9. Last check
Please tighten all screws and screw nuts on the bike again, also screws and nuts
of components, which were already pre-assembled on the bike (NM information).
The bicycle chain should be oiled with chain grease.
