Assembly Instructions
I. Packaging:
Remove the children's bike, with all components to the special carton, carefully remove all packaging
materials and place all parts in front of them. Please pull the front wheel carefully from the crank arm so as not
to bend the spokes. When unpacking, make sure that the bike and the components do not violate or scratch.
HINT:
The mounting of the bike on a table in hip height is advantageous.
[Fig. 1]
Tool for bicycle mounting:
For assembly, open-end wrench in the sizes 10 -13 - 15 mm and an Allen key and a Phillips screwdriver are
required. A suitable Allen key is included in your scope of delivery.
As an alternative to the open-end wrench, you can use the universal wrench, which was delivered together
with your bike. Basically, the universal wrench serves only use, if you lack a wrench!
Torque: Please note that we are committed as a manufacturer in principle to specify the torque information of
the various screws. Nevertheless, with the above-mentioned standard tool, you can safely build the bike
without observing the torque information.
2. Training/Supporter wheels (accessories - not available for each model):
Please install the support wheels only in the demand trap for a short learning period.
The support wheels are designed only for a short usage period and not for a permanent use!
To mount the support wheels, remove the cap nuts and washer of the rear wheel axle. The safety washer
(silver) with hooks to the frame remains in it. Now plug the support wheels on the rear axle, so that the locking
of the support wheel strut engages the recess of the safety washer. Plug the washer back on the axis and
then fasten the cap nuts of the rear wheel with a torque of 20-25nm. Attention, first tighten nuts loose,
because the support wheels may still need to be adapted [Fig. 1].
