The meter display becomes cloudy, opaque and/or
is difficult to read the information displayed.
The information on the label affixed to the back of
the meter becomes difficult or impossible to read
A network of fine cracks begin to appear on the
body of the meter
The formation of small cracks begin to appear on
the body surface of the meter.
Any part of the meter body appearing to have
enlarged slightly as if it has swelled.
Any indication that the smooth surface of the body
of the meter has appeared to begin to dissolve or
melt.
Any appearance that the surface of the body of the
meter has become less-than-rigid or has softened
in any way.
Any part of the body of the meter that appears to
have become overly brittle as being easily cracked
or chipped.
The appearance of any deformities in the surfaces,
edges or corners of the body of the meter; any
appearance of deformity of any part of the meter.
The appearance of opacity or cloudiness in the
surface of the body of the meter.
