Warranty
The Berner Trading Holding GmbH grants limited and not transferable warranty for
the first buyer of this equipment. It counts to one year starting the date of buying
and extents to defects in manufacturing parts and materials. Customs parts and
materials are not covered by the guaranty as well any part of natural depreciation as
cables, plugs, etc. The buyer must send the product together its voucher direct to
Berner Trading Holding GmbH. The warranty validity stops with incorrect use or neg-
ligence of the operating instructions in the manual. The costumer is responsible for
the correct use of the equipment. Claim of damages of any kind can not take over
to Berner, Only Berner is authorized to open and repair the equipment. Otherwise
the warranty expires. Berner grants only the warranty specified above and accept no
other costs. Berner doesn't recognise any condition other then that specified above.
