Monitoring the parameters
The
or
keys can be used to scroll through the parameters in either direction, the left‐hand digit (green)
indicating the number of the selected parameter. If no key has been pressed for 8 seconds, the display returns to
normal.
Note: if the parameters have not been validated using the switches, they will not appear during scrolling.

OPERATING MODE
4.1.
Control
Control doesn't start until at least 6 seconds after powering on the system, in order to let the pressure readings
stabilize.
If the control pressure reaches the low pressure value, the main motor is started (1
If the control pressure reaches the top‐up value, the top‐up motor is started (2
If the control pressure reaches the 3
rd
backup pressure, the 3
If several motors have to be started at the same time, their start‐ups will be separated by 12 seconds, and their
shutdowns by 2 seconds.
At each control cycle, circular switching of the motors takes place if the switch (SW1‐8) is validated (cyclic motor
switching). Otherwise (fixed motor allocation), motor A = priority, motor B = top‐up and motor C = 3
The switch SW1‐5 manages the selection of the motors switching either at each stop or after 60 minutes ‐
cumulative time of the priority motor since the last switching.
On/Off motor delay
The parameter "r" manages the temporization of the pumps starting or stopping, when pressure thresholds are
exceeded. The order of starting must be taken into account when the low threshold is exceeded, and a vacuum
pump starts at the end of "r" seconds, even if the pressure rises above this threshold. Temporization is started
again for each passage of thresholds (low, top‐up and 3
Programming of the motors presence
When a motor is breaking down, it can be inactivated with the parameter "motor presence".
If the motor is inactivated, then its alarm is not generated, its hour meter is not incremented, its indicator "walk" is
not lit, its order relay is not controlled. The red indicator "flashes" (100 ms every 2s).
The cycle of motors switching is not modified in order to avoid the introduction of a particular management into
the software. In this case the top‐up makes start the 2nd or 3rd motor if need be.
It is forbidden that all motors are removed.
Note: During the modification of one of the parameters "motor presence", the order of motors activation is reset
(according to the motors installed).

On/Off mode: The motor starts at the low
pressure value and stops at the high
pressure value.
FLEXO mode:
This mode is selected by the ON‐OFF / FLEXO input and when a motor starts running its operation will be forced
for the minimum time period set by the switches (SW2.2) and (SW2.1) since its start‐up without taking into
account the high pressure control. Once this FLEXO period has elapsed, the motor will be able to stop once the
control pressure has reached the high pressure value.
Note: FLEXO mode operating time must be
less than the top‐up time.
FLEXO mode can be remotely controlled by
opening or closing the ON‐OFF/FLEXO
input. This allows operation in FLEXO mode
when there is a high demand (e.g. in the
morning) and in ON‐OFF mode when
demand is low (e.g. at night). Consult us for
further details.
With vacuum, if the network pressure reaches the high network alarm threshold ‐ 20 mbar, motors are stopped.
Example: If the network high pressure alarm threshold = ‐880 mbar, then the motors stop at ‐900 mbar
4.2.
Hygrometry: per‐line management or independent management
4.2.1.
Per‐line hygrometry management
In this configuration one air drier is assigned to
one air compressor and they are operating in
phase with each other.
4.2.2.
Independent hygrometry management
In this configuration there are only two air
driers whatever the number of compressors,
with one drier in service and the other as a
backup.
