1.3 REACHING THE TANKS

• To reach the fuel and oil tanks, release the seat lock with the
special key (§ 2.3).

1.4 FUEL TANK

Note: the fuel tank tap is a vacuum -type one. Therefore it does
not require any manual operation.
Use UNLEADED PETROL only
• Unscrew cap (A - Fig. 6) and fill the tank.
• While refuelling, check that the fuel does not flow out from the
tank mouth and that the tank is not filled up to its limit.
• After refuelling, screw the cap on the tank properly.
• If after refueling, should any trace of fuel be left on the scooter
body, clean the surface immediately, so as to prevent possible
aesthetic damages.
• The low fuel level is indicated as follows:
A) instrument board, LIQUID-COOLED version: the (
bol on the digital instrument board starts flashing.
B) instrument board, AIR-COOLED version: there is a pointer
on the left hand dial.
