6.7 FUSE
(Replacement)
• The ignition circuit has a 10 A fuse (A - Fig.36), located on the
battery cover, that protects the circuit from any anomalies.
• To replace the fuse you need to reach the helmet compartment.
Then remove the fuse from its seat, and replace it with one
having the same capacity.
Do not replace the fuse with one of a higher capacity,
since this could seriously damage the electrical circuit
and cause a fire of the vehicle in the event of a short
circuit.
Note: we suggest to keep on the vehicle a kit of spare
bulbs and fuses.

• To reach the battery (A - Fig. 37) lift the seat and remove the cover
(B - Fig.37). Then remove the battery paying attention to the fuse
holder wiring.
• Check that the electrolyte liquid level (in each element) is between
the MIN. - MAX. marks. If not, add some distilled water, as follows:
• To top up: remove the battery from its compartment, unscrew the
caps and add some distilled water (taking great care) until it
reaches the max. level, then screw the caps.
• When you install the battery, check that the vent tube is connected
and that it comes out from the battery compartment without any
folds, obstructions or pinching.
