Vacuum system SH820G / SR820G SH840G / SR840G
Translation of Originial Operating Instruction, KNF 325562-325564 06/21
Make certain that the temperature of the medium is always
sufficiently below the ignition temperature of the medium so
as to prevent ignition or explosion. This also applies for ab-
normal operating situations.
Note that the temperature of the medium increases when the
pump compresses the medium.
Therefore, make certain that the temperature of the medium
also remains sufficiently below the ignition temperature of the
medium even when it is compressed to the maximum permis-
sible operating pressure of the vacuum system. The maxi-
mum permissible operating pressure of the vacuum system is
given in Chapter 4 Technical data [} 16].
Make certain that the permissible ambient temperature (see 4
Technical data [} 16]) is not exceeded.
Where applicable, also take into account external energy
sources (such as radiated heat sources) that could addition-
ally heat the medium.
In case of doubt, contact KNF Customer Service.
