9.2 Cleaning

NOTICE
9.2.1 Flush vacuum system
WARNING
à
Flush the vacuum system with air for about 5 minutes be-
fore switching it off under atmospheric conditions (ambient
pressure). Flush with an inert gas if necessary for safety
reasons.with an inert gas).
9.2.2 Clean vacuum system

Clean the vacuum system exterior only with a damp cloth
and non-flammable cleaning agents.

If compressed air is available, blow out the parts.

gas ballast valve is closed and
that no reactive or explosive mix-
tures form.
