CHECKS & REMINDERS:
· Keep the controller clean and protect it from rain or water. Never expose the electric
wheelchair to direct contact with water.
· Keep the wheel clean of residue, hair, sand and carpet fibres.
· All the upholstery can be washed with warm water and neutral soap. Check the seat and
backrest for rips and/or tears every now and then. Replace them if necessary. Do not
store your electric wheelchair in damp environments, as this can cause mould to form
and quickly damage the upholstery.
· Inspect and lubricate all moving parts. Lubricate with Vaseline or light oil. Do not use too
much lubricant, the small drops can cause stains. Always check that all nuts and bolts
are tight.

PERIODIC CHECKS

3. Visually inspect the tread of the tyres. If it is less than 1/32", replace the tyres
