Symptom: Operation (open/close)
1. The outside panel is difficult to move.
2. The inside panel is difficult to move.
Symptom: Alignment
1. The top of the glass panel is tilted away
from the wall
2. The bottom of the glass panel is tilted
away from the wall.
3. The glass panel does not touch the
bumper.
4. The top track is cut too short.
5. The dam strip is miscut.
Symptom: Water Leaks
1. Water leaks between panels
2. Water leaks between wall and the glass
panel.
3. Water leaks under the glass.
Symptom: Maintenance
1. Excess noise or vibration.
2. Track kit discoloration.

Recommended Action
a. Ensure sufficient clearance exists between the center guide and the glass panel. If needed, lower the
rollers to the next hole.

Recommended Action
Remove the glass panel from the top track and raise the roller on the bracket closest to the wall.
Note: To remove the glass panel, the Center Guide and/or anti jump will need to be removed.

Seal as directed to ensure watertight seal. See steps 1-3 If additional sealant is insufficient, new dam
strip may be required.

When showering, make sure the inside panel is closest to the showerhead wall. Review steps 28-36.

Ensure the water diverter feature of the bottom sweep and glazing corner pieces are facing inside the
shower enclosure.

a. Check all fasteners and re-tighten as necessary.
b. Ensure bushings and gaskets are installed in glass.
