Introduction
A PBX is a telephone exchange device located at your company which sets up and
controls PSTN and ISDN calls. An IP PBX can also set up and control VoIP calls using the
Internet Protocol. This document covers configuring the X6004 for internal calls and
outbound calls to either the PSTN (Public Switched Telephone Network), ISDN (Integrated
Services Digital Network) or your ITSP (Internet Telephony Service Provider).
