- place the bain marie containing the ramekins
into a hot oven for 30 minutes (gas mark=7/
8, 230°C, 450°F),
- serve cold with warm toasts.
. "Salmon mousse"
15g gelatine, 15 cl water, 200g fresh salmon,
juice 1/2 lemon, 1 small pot fresh cream, 1
small pot natural yoghurt, 175g cucumber
peeled, the seeds removed, and chopped.
- dissolve the gelatine in 15 cl hot water, as
indicated on the pack,
- add to the rest of the ingredients in the
blender, and mix for 30 seconds,
- pour the mixture into a greased mould or tin
and refrigerate until set.

ESSERTS
. "Grape flan"
350g grapes or sultanas soaked in rum, 1/2
litre milk, 3 eggs, 75g butter melted, 60g
sugar, 1 sachet of vanilla sugar (=25g), 75g
plain flour.
- place all the ingredients, except the grapes
or sultanas, into a blender, and mix for 10
seconds,
- place the grapes or sultanas into the bottom
of a greased mould. Pour the blended mix-
ture over them,
- bake in the oven (gas mark=6/7, 220°C,
420°F) for 45 minutes.
. "Spiced gateau"
150g plain flour, 70 g butter, 70g sugar, 3
eggs, 50 ml milk, 1tsp of ground ginger, 1 tsp
cinnamon, 1/2 tsp nutmeg, zest of an orange,
1 sachet of dried yeast, a pinch of pepper.
- place all the ingredients into the blender, and
mix for 20 to 30 seconds, using the "pulse
function",
- place the mixture into a cake tin,
- bake for 50 minutes (gas mark= 6),
- serve warm or cold with stewed fruit or jam.
. "Clafoutis with seasonal fruits"
Select 300g of seasonal fruit( eg apples, pears,
apricots, cherries, prunes, grapes), 150g plain
flour, 150g sugar, 3eggs, 1/4 litre milk.
- place the ingredients into the blender and
mix for 25 seconds,
- pour the mixture into a oven proof dish,
- cook in the oven for 30 minutes (gas
mark=6).
. "Pancakes"
3 eggs, 3/4 litre milk, 300g plain flour, 75
butter.
- put all the ingredients into the blender, except
the flour, which should be added gradually
during mixing through the opening created
once the measuring cup has been removed,
- mix for 2 minutes.
. "Waffles"
3 eggs, 1/4 litre milk, 250g plain flour, 150g
sugar, 1 packet of bakers yeast, 125g butter.
- place all the ingredients into the blender,
except the flour, which should be added
gradually during mixing, through the opening
created once the the measuring cup has
been removed,
- mix for 2 minutes.

ESSERTS FOR BABIES
. "Apple mousse"
2 ripe apples, 3 tblsp of soft cream cheese, 2
tblsp honey.
- place the ingredients into the blender and
mix for 15 seconds,
- refrigerate and serve cold.
. "Babies dessert"
1 apple, 1 banana, juice of 1/4 orange, 40g
sugar, juice of1/2 lemon.
- place all the ingredients into the blender and
mix for 20 seconds,
- serve immediately.
. "Vegetable soup"
2 medium potatoes (220g), 2 medium carrots
(180g), 1 turnip (50g), 1 onion (50g), 1 leek
(white part only), 1 small piece of celery (50g),
1 bunch of parsley, salt, 3/4 litre of stock.
- peel the vegetables, and chop roughly, and
boil until tender,
- place the ingredients into the blender and
mix for 15 seconds.
. "Gaspacho"
1/2 cucumber, 1/2green pepper, 2 tomatoes,
1 small onion, 2 garlic cloves, 20g stale bread,
1tsp wine vinegar, 2tblsp olive oil, 1/2 lemon,
salt, pepper, tabasco (optional), 40cl of stock.
- peel the cucumber, the pepper, the onion and
the garlic cloves.,
- peel and de-seed the tomatoes,
- put all the ingredients into the blender and
mix for 20 seconds,
- serve cold.
