Making Cascaded Connections

You can connect up to four CTE-600s in a daisy chain using CTE-A10s. This
section gives an example of a cascaded connection using three CTE-600s and
three CTE-A10s. If you use four units, the connection for the second and
third ones is the same.
Note
• Be sure to disconnect the power cord of the AC adaptor connected to the
unit and any external devices.
• The CTE-A10 is powered on when the AC adaptor (supplied with the CTE-
600) is connected between the CTE-A10 and a wall outlet using the AC
power cord (supplied with the CTE-600). Be sure to connect the AC
adaptor to the DC IN 6V connector of the CTE-A10 and then to a wall
outlet after all of the connections are completed. If you make a connection
between a powered CTE-A10 and a CTE-600, the remaining CTE-600s
connected via the CTE-A10s may not be powered on and off at the same
time.
• Place the CTE-600s 3 m or more away from each other.
