Smoker
□ Place the grease tray of smoker at the bottom of smoker.
□ Install the eight cooking rack brackets on the side panels inside smoker. To install, insert the legs
of rack bracket to the corresponding holes inside smoker.
□ Set the wood chip pan onto the rack. Make sure it is seated properly and securely in the center
of the rack. Place the lid on the wood chip box. Place the wood chip stand onto the 4
supports.
□ Insert 3 pieces of cooking rack into 1
each cooking rack is firm and level.
□ Water can be poured into the wood chip pan to prevent the wood chips from overheating and
burning out too quickly. Place the wood chips into the center section of the pan, and pour the
water into the outer section of the pan surrounding them. Do not overfill the pan with water; fill
the water section no more than 2/3.
