CONSOLE DISPLAY
Distance/Time/Calories Display
• Window displays DISTANCE or CALORIES. MODE button will switch output. When flashing,
the output will alternate at 6 second intervals.
• If using the FAT % program this will display the users set up information – details below.
Time Display
• When START is pressed to begin a program, this will display 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 as the machine counts down to start.
• If machine is paused during a workout will display PAUSE. (See START key function for pause information).
Incline Pulse Display
• Displays the current incline level (0-12)
• When pulse monitors are held this display will change after a short period of time to show the users heart rate.
Speed Display
Displays either running speed or program selection (P0, P1-12, FAT)
Speed Dial
Shows the current running speed.
Moving Belt Icon
Indicates the running belt is in motion.
ERR
Indicates an error with the machine. See TROUBLE SHOOTING.
BUTTON OPERATION
Program
Selects the desired program (P0, P1-P12, FAT %). See COMPUTER PROGRAMS below.
Mode
• DURING WORKOUT - switches between DISTANCE/CALORIES.
• IN STANDBY - Can select required target – TIME, DISTANCE or CALORIES. Press the MODE button until the required target is
flashing, then press SPEED + or – to change. Press START to begin.
Start
Will commence or pause the program whilst retaining information on screen.
Stop
This has 2 functions:
• To stop the machine at any time during a workout.
• Removes ERR from the screen. This will not remove the error itself – see TROUBLE SHOOTING.
Speed
This has 2 functions:
• Decreases the speed during workout.
• Decreases data input values.

• Increase the speed during workout.
• Increases data input values.
