PROCEDURE FOR REPLACING FLOW AND PRESSURE SENSORS

3.1 PRESSURE SENSOR

A) After removing the electronic boards, remove the 4 screws securing the flange locking the pressure sensor. Remove the old pressure
sensor and the corresponding o-ring.
B) Insert the new o-ring into its seat after lubricating it with a synthetic grease suitable for o-rings (PTFE grease is recommended).
Do not use mineral based grease to lubricate the o-rings! Fit the new pressure sensor checking the reference on the fastening flange
(only one side has the recess for the flat cable).
C) Refit the electronic boards and all other parts.
CAUTION: after replacing the pressure sensor, calibration must be carried out as described in chapter
"5". If these adjustments are not made, the inverter will not show the correct pressure values!
