Liability
Basko Healthcare as the manufacturer is solely liable if the product is
used in accordance with the prescribed conditions and the purpose
for which it is intended. Basko Healthcare recommends handling the
product in accordance with applicable rules and performing
maintenance as described in these instructions. Non-compliance
with the above may cause the MultiStatic joints to not function or
function inadequately and may impact guarantee. Changes,
modifications and alterations to the product not described in these
instructions are the responsibility and liability of the person making
them.
CE conformity
These products meet the requirements of the MDR Ordinance (EU)
2017/745 on medical devices. These products are classified in class I
(non-sterile) on the basis of the classification criteria for medical
devices according to Annexes II and III of the regulation. Basko
Healthcare has therefore made the declaration of conformity entirely
under its own responsibility.
