Belt disassembling
•
Mount the elastic belt remover on the pulley (ref. 1952 003
093), in the part indicated by the arrow in the image A;

Choose and screw on the remover the supplied screws
accordingly to the dimensions of the pulley; the screw must slide
into the slot, then lock it with the nut and the pin;

Warning: the screw has to lean on the bottom of
the pulley

Use the suitable key to turn the pulley, rotate following engine
rotation, and keep the tightener in its position

Then rotate the pulley until the complete belt removal
(fig. C).

Choose the right Tightener (ref. 1952 003 091, 1952 003
092) according to the diameter of the pulley on which you
have to work;
•
Lie the tooth of the Tightener on the external part of the pulley;
•
Tighten one of the supplied screws (ref. 1952 003 094,
1952 003 095, 1952 003 097, 1952 003 096) on the
fitting tool: for the Ø 50 mm tightener (ref. 1952 003 091)
follow the same locking procedure described above in the belt
disassembling operation, for the Ø 32 mm tightener (ref. 1952
003 092) screw the screws into the threaded hole.
Warning: the screw has to lean on the bottom of
the pulley (fig. D)
•
Lay the belt on the lower part of the pulley (fig. E);
•
Insert the Tightener making it adhere to the pulley (fig. F);
•
Use the suitable key to turn the pulley and keep the Tightener in
its position (fig. G);
•
Turn till inserting the belt completely on the pulley (fig. H).
