04. MAINTENANCE AND WARNINGS.
CLEANING OF THE PACKAGING MACHINE
After using the machine, it is recommended to
clean both the housing of the appliance and the
vacuum chamber with a neutral soap in order to
guarantee hygiene and keep the packaging ma-
chine in good condition,
Likewise, it is important that the bar and rubber
seal, as well as the vacuum seal (6) are clean at
all times to ensure that bags are sealed correctly.
Periodically check that the vacuum chamber is
free of residue and impurities to prevent obstruc-
tion in the air extraction process.
This packaging machine has a dust filter. Check it
periodically and if it is dirty, clean it under water
and let it dry fully.
MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
For the cleaning and maintenance of the machine
or the replacement of parts, it is first necessary to
unplug the machine.
INFORMATION
For any kind of maintenance, review or repair,
Udom S.L. or the distributor where the product
was acquired must be contacted.
SPARE AND REPLACEMENT PARTS
Only ORIGINAL REPLACEMENT PARTS authorised
and approved by Udom S.L. must be used. It is
recommended that deteriorated components or
parts must be replaced immediately to guarantee
better operation, energy savings and even the
prevention of major breakdowns in the packa-
ging machine.
PRECAUTIONS
Products in a very fine powder (e.g. ground
spices) must be wrapped in a napkin before being
packaged to prevent them being sucked into the
machine and damaging the internal ducts.
STORAGE
It is important that the packaging machine is
stored in a cool, dry place, away from aggressive
chemical products and sources of heat. To
prolong the lifespan of the sealing gasket, keep
the packaging machine with its lid open.
REQUEST FOR ASSISTANCE
Requests for technical assistance must be made
after careful analysis (detection of breakdowns
and potential causes). In the case of a request
for assistance in writing, we advise specifying the
following terms for a more accurate and faster
replacement: type of machine, reference number,
detailed description of the fault, type of tests ca-
rried out and adjustments made and their effects.
IMPORTANT
The Chamber PRO
machine is equipped with a dry vacuum pump,
and therefore does not require maintenance or
changing of lubrication oil.
