VACUUM PACKING
• Place the product that you wish to package in
an appropriately sized bag, leaving 5cm bet-
ween the edge of the bag and the food.
• Lift the lid (1) of the machine. Place the properly
extended bag on the non-stick sealing bar (5) so
that the bag is centred in the vacuum chamber (8).
• Use the clip (4) on the front of the sealing bar to
block the bag and prevent it from moving during
the vacuum process (view figure 3).
• Lower the lid. Select the sealing time and va-
cuum level as explained in the previous points.
• Press the start button (13) to begin the packing
process.
• The digital display will show the progress of the
vacuum process, with the time remaining at all
times. Once the cycle has finished, the machine
will begin the sealing process automatically. The
digital display will then begin to count down.
• When the sealing is completed, the packaging
machine will open the air valve that allows de-
compression. The LEDs corresponding to the va-
cuum and sealing functions will flash for a few
seconds and the packing process will have finis-
hed. At this time, the lid can be opened and the
bag removed.
• When the display shows the programmed va-
lues, you may continue with packing.
IMPORTANT: the sealing button (12) may be
pressed at any time during the packing phase.
In this case, the packaging machine will stop
packing once 800 mbar has been reached, and
will seal the bag.
14
• The vacuum process may be cancelled during
any phase by pressing the Stop button (15).
Pressing this button will fully switch off the
packaging machine.
IMPORTANT: the design of this machine allows
wet food and even liquid to be packaged. In case
of wishing to package liquids, it is recommended
not to fill the bag that will be used by more than
half.
MARINATE FUNCTION
The Chamber PRO Digit 300 packaging machine
has the marinate function, very effective for
marinating foods in a short time in a clean and
easy way.
• Place the product that you wish to marinate in an
appropriately sized bag for packaging, leaving
10 cm between the edge of the bag and the food.
• Lift the upper lid of the machine. Place the
properly extended bag on the non-stick sealing
bar so that the bar is centred in the vacuum
chamber.
• Use the clip on the front of the sealing bar to
block the bag and prevent it from moving during
the vacuum process.
• Lower the lid.
• Press the function selection button "MARINATE"
(14).
The "MARINATE" function is regulated by cycles
of 99 seconds. Once finished, the marinate LED
will blink for a few seconds. When it stops, the
cycle will have finished. Repeat the previous step
twice. Once the cycle has finished, open the lid
and take out the bag with the food.
