Assembling instructions
Pull out the power plug before car-
rying out any work on the equip-
ment.
If the equipment pipes are not
plugged together and screwed
correctly then the equipment
cannot be switched on.
Operation is prevented by a
safety switch!
Use only original parts.
Assembling the Equipment
1.
Pull out the Allen key aluminium
pipe on the telescopic handle
(7), against the tangible resist-
ance. (The tangible resistance
is due to the cable that is out of
sight in the pipe).
2.
Plug the end of the hexagonal
aluminium tube (7) into the
opening provided for this at the
end of the handle below the cut-
ting head (3).
Ensure that the cable does not
become caught. Push the hex-
agonal aluminium tube (7) in
until you hear the safety switch
click and the openings for the
Allen screw (6) are aligned.
3.
Use the enclosed Allen screw
(6a) and fixing nut (6b) to fix
both parts.
Assembling the Additional Grip
4.
Unscrew the counter-holder (9)
from the additional handle (10).
Then the handle is placed on
the telescopic arm and mounted
by means of the counter-holder
and the enclosed screws.
