When a hook has been replaced, be sure to check the position of the hook needle guard.

If not, adjust the hook needle guard by bending it
1) To bend the hook needle guard inward, apply a screwdriver to the outside of the hook needle guard.
2) To bend the hook needle guard outward, apply a screwdriver to the inside of the hook needle guard.
Wenn ein Greifer ausgewechselt worden ist, muf3 die Position des Greifernadelschutzes uberprCift werden.
In der Standardposition des Greifernadelschutzes@ muB dieser gegen die Seitenflache der Nadel
um 0, 1 bis 0,2 mm von ihrer senkrechten Position abgelenkt wird. Anderenfalls ist die Position des Greifernadelschutzes durch
Biegen zu korrigieren.
1) Um den Greifornadelschutz nach innen zu biegen, mit einem Schraubendreher auf die AuBenseite des Greifernadelschutzes
drucken.
2) Um den Greifernadelschutz nach auBen zu biegen, mit einem Schraubendreher auf die lnnenseite des Greifernadelschutzes
drucken.
