Components have been chosen and used keeping mind the operating conditions and life span of the machi-
ne.
Install the machine so that it presents no danger to exposed personnel, as long as it is used correctly. No
protection or warning will ever be sufficient if the person fails to take certain precautions, if the machine
is not maintained in peak operating condition, and if the following recommendations are not followed.
Learn correct use and adjustment before starting work.
Check that personnel using the machine does so safely and knows its operation. Avoid exposing yoursel-
ves and others to unnecessary risks. Insist that personal protection systems be used, where prescribed.
Do not remove, modify, or inhibit SAFETY DEVICES put in place by the manufacturer, but rather verify
that they are not removed or rendered less effective.
Work in an environment that is orderly and free of hazards, with adequate light and room to work in. Keep
the working area free of tools and any other unnecessary object.
Winch and wall fastening (pos. 1) shall be adjusted to the wall, ceiling or floor according to the attached
instructions on mounting, and winch shall be used in safety environment, where sufficiently good lighting
is ensured, as well as premises are free for dislocation and everything else, what is considered as positive
work environment.
At the work place, there shall not be allowed any tool or device, which could negatively influence the work
with winches. Fast- mounting fastening or pneumatic tools shall be fixed directly to the connecting ferru-
le mounted on the hose (pos. 3).
Hose ferrule shall be mounted to the winch's connecting hose (pos. 4) or in case of necessity– hose exten-
der, which is to be connected to a compressor of respective parameters.
Hose winches cannot be connected to compressed air system, whose operating pressure exceeds 15 bar.

User of the tool should always take care of his and other persons' safety. The user must always use per-
sonal protective equipment.

Wear safety goggles, in order to reduce risk of eye injuries that could be caused by flying sawdust, dust
and sparkles.

Inhalation of dust can be harmful to health. Wear a suitable visor or breathing apparatus, when working
in a dusty environment.
•
In case of continuous work wear safety gloves protecting against the cold air.
•
In order to avoid eventual aural injuries, always use ear protection when using the tool.
•
The user must always pay attention to the fact that continuous use of rotating and impact producing
manual tools could result in baneful influence on health caused by the vibration.
•
Ergonomic load: Work with the tools related to recurrent, monotone movements and unfavorable body
positions may cause back, scruff, arm, marrowbone and other joint injuries.
