ABOUT THIS CLIPPER
CHARGING THE UNIT
Unit must be fully charged before operating. Otherwise damage
to the battery and electrical components could result. Follow
these directions and allow unit to charge for at least 16 hours
before initial operation. Failure to follow these directions could
result in your warranty being voided. Place clipper on charging
stand or connect directly to the power supply cord. While the
unit is being charged the LCD light will display a blue flashing
light until fully charged. The display also shows the battery life
in increments as it's being charged. Once the battery is fully
charged, the LCD display will stop blinking and will display a
continuous blue light and is ready for use.
This unit is made with powerful Ni-MH batteries. Brand new
batteries may not reach their full potential until they have experienced 3–5
complete charge/discharge cycles. Initial operating times may be somewhat
reduced. However, after this initial conditioning period, the batteries should
function properly.
