Within the guarantee stipulations, we will repair all deficiencies regarding
errors in the material or manufacture. Damages or deficiencies caused
by inappropriate use are excluded from the guarantee, as well as
those caused by inappropriate handling, wear, inattention to the
instruction manual, as well as damages caused by poor water quality.
Water with low hardness levels is frequently aggressive. Soft water
(e.g. from water treatment plants) is buffered by a high quantity of
carbon dioxide, i.e. it dissolves solids e.g. lime, but also metals etc.
The evaluation and recognition of the guarantee, as well as the right
to rectification of defects, replacement, lowering of the price
or cancellation of the contract of purchase is completely reserved
for us as manufacturers and is adjusted according to proportionality.
We take no liability for secondary damages of any kind. The guarantee
period cannot be renewed or extended. The guarantee expires if
repairs or changes have been made by persons who do not belong to
our customer services department. The same applies if the type plate
or the appliance number has been removed or made unreadable or
if parts of a separate origin have been added.
