5.1 Span Calibration
Procedure
The following example is for a 6kg scale.
With the Scale ON, press and hold the SAMPLE Menu
button until CAL MENU is displayed.
Press the Enter button twice, NO should be blinking.
Press the M- button to change to YES, then press the
Enter button.

Clear the pan, then press the Enter button.
(Scale is determining zero value)

Place the indicated calibration mass on the pan, then press the Enter button. The sample illustration indicates a 6kg
Scale using a 2kg mass.
(Scale is determining span value)
If the calibration was successful, SPAN TEST DONE is
displayed momentarily followed by CLEAR PAN THEN
PRESS ENTER.
Clear the pan, then press the Enter button.
