The antenna will automatically move towards the Hot Bird satellite
(13º E). This will take a moment. Please wait.
When the motor has directed the antenna to the exact position of
the Hot Bird satellite (13º E), check to see if the signal level is grea-
ter than 60%. If it is, press OK.
If you do not receive an adequate signal level, follow these steps:
- Adjust the inclination angle of the antenna, and the meeting point
of the antenna and the motor, trying to improve the signal level.
- Check the inclination value of the motor.
- Move both the antenna and the motor to the sides, trying to
obtain the maximum signal level.
If the signal level is greater than 60%, press OK button.
The receiver will scan the satellites that its system can detect and it
will display them in the "Detected satellites" window. This process
will take some time (15 minutes). Please wait
Once the process has finished, use the
the satellites that the antennas are pointing towards. To enable or
disable the search in a specific satellite, press the
The satellites that are going to be searched have the = = > symbol
next to them.
Press the OK button.
Before starting an automatic search in the satellite, use the
buttons to select the type of search that you want to carry out (only
free-to-air channels - FTA, all channels - ALL, only TV channels or
only Radio channels). Using the
the "Organised by" window in order to be able to define the way to
organise the channels that have been found. Use the
tons to select the order according to the "Satellite" or to select alp-
habetical order (from "A to Z" or from "Z to A").
Press OK to start searching.
