Recycling and disposal
Both the accessory and its transport packaging are
made almost entirely from recyclable materials.

Disposing of the accessory
If the Vaillant unit is marked with this
symbol, it should not be placed in regular
waste after its service life has expired.
Instead, make sure that the Vaillant unit
and any accessories fitted are disposed
of properly in accordance with regula-
tions after their service life has expired.

Disposing of packaging

Warranty and customer service
6.1
Vaillant warranty
Vaillant provides a full parts and labour warranty for
this appliance. The appliance must be installed by a suit-
ably competent person in accordance with the Gas
Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998, and the
manufacturer's instructions. In the UK competent per-
sons approved at the time by the Health and Safety
Executive undertake the work in compliance with safe
and satisfactory standards.
All unvented domestic hot water cylinders must be
installed by a competent person to the prevailing build-
ing regulations at the time of installation (G3).
Terms and conditions apply to the warranty, details of
which can be found on the warranty registration card
included with this appliance.
Failure to install and commission this appliance in com-
pliance with the manufacturer's instructions may invali-
date the warranty (this does not affect the customer's
statutory rights).
