Inserting and removing tools
Only use the appropriate tools for the
SDS-plus® tool mounting.
Clean and lightly lubricate tools prior to use.
Insert the tool into the tool mounting while rotating it
until it engages.
Check that it has engaged by pulling on the tool.
Push the auto-locking sleeve 2 back to remove the
tool.
Replacing the Tool Holder (see figure C)
For removal of the tool holder, turn the locking
ring 3 to the unlock position

Clean any dust deposits from the spindle and the
tool holder and lightly lubricate with grease.
Insert the tool holder onto the spindle to the stop and
turn the locking ring to the lock position
The tool holder is locked when it can no longer be
pulled off of the spindle.

mains plug.
Keep the tool holder clean at all times.
Changing the Dust Protection Cap
A damaged dust protection cap should be changed
immediately. We recommend having this carried
out by an after-sales service.
If the machine should fail despite the care taken in

manufacturing and testing, repair should be carried
out by a Würth Master-Service agent.
In all correspondence and spare parts orders,
