Never carry the tool connected to compressed air with your finger on the actuating lever.

Avoid unintentional operation.

Keep handles always dry, clean, oil- and grease-free.
■
Make sure to have a clean, well-ventilated and always well lit working area.
■
Never use the tool under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
■
Repairs must be executed by authorised personnel only.
■
Marking of the device has to be always easily legible. It's the operator's responsibility
to keep the label with warning instructions, revolution speed, serial and article number
undamaged and in well legible state.
■
Never use quick-coupling systems directly at the device. There has to be at least
a 20 cm hose separating the quick-coupling system from the unit.

12. Before starting up
IMPORTANT:
The use of air filters and a compressed air hose lubricator is recommended.
ATTENTION!
Before lubricating, connecting or disconnecting of the tool disconnect the compressed air.

Lubricating the tool, see maintenance in this operation manual.

Remove the dust cap at the compressed air inlet.
■
Connect the unit to a hose of suitable size.
13. Starting up
■
Switch on the compressor for the air tank to be filled.
■
Put the compressor regulator to approx. 90 PSI or 6.3 bar. The max. operational
pressure of this device is at approx. 90 PSI or 6.3 bar.
■
The rotating capacity might vary depending on the size of the compressor and the
volume of the compressed air output.
■
Do not use damaged, worn or sub-standard air hoses or connectors.
■
The pressure control for achieving the right tool speed is done by means of the compres-
sor regulator resp. a pressure regulator to be mounted additionally.
